Last Friday, all students at the RCS Middle School attended grade level assemblies to review the new RCS Code of Conduct. The new code of conduct was approved by the Board of Education in July of 2021. The Middle School took some time to review the code of conduct with students during the presentations in hopes of helping students better understand the changes.
The Code of Conduct provides behavioral expectations and responses to conduct on our school campuses and at district events. It was created and reviewed by students, parents, caregivers, community members, administration, and staff. It helps assist the district and its community in providing a safe, healthy and supportive learning environment for all students.
At the end of presentations, students were encouraged to speak with their administrators if they had any additional questions or needed clarifications on anything covered by the Code of Conduct or in the presentation.
If you have any questions regarding the code of conduct, please reach out to Interim Principal Denise Capece or Assistant Principal Christoper Adamek via email or at (518) 756-5200, extension 3000.
