On Friday, March 5 Superintendent of Schools Dr. Bailey shared a letter with our school community to review the steps being taken by the district to continue strengthening our instructional resources. Throughout this year, the pandemic has required RCS and all schools to quickly adjust teaching methods and learning capacities, while in a digital format.
As noted in the letter, the district experienced a recent issue on one of its digital platforms (Writing A-Z) that has caused it to take inventory of protocols for students and staff who are online. It is the district’s responsibility to keep instruction safe, efficient and reliable, regardless of the method of delivery.
As a reminder, we ask you to view Dr. Bailey’s letter on digital safety and learn how the district plans to keep our children safe in this digital world.
