American Education Week is November 14 through 18, and celebrates public school communities like our own! The week is used each year to honor and recognize those individuals who put our students first, provide them with a quality education, and create and maintain a safe and healthy environment for them to learn and grow.
School communities are made up of a diverse group of staff members that work together to provide our students with the necessary setting and resources that will allow them to reach their true potential. From bus drivers to maintenance workers to teachers to leaders and everyone in between, the RCS Central School District greatly appreciates the loyalty and hard work of our school community.
Time and time again, our staff have gone out of their way to make sure each student feels valued, respected, and cared for, all while keeping up with educational and safety requirements. Their loyalty to our students is steadfast, and we greatly value their service. We thank them for their extraordinary commitment and dedication to our students, families, and the entire RCS community!
If you see a school staff member this week or next, please say thank you! They continue to go above and beyond for our students, families, and staff!
