The RCS Central School District celebrated homecoming week this past week. Some buildings had various themes for each day and hundreds of students and staff showed their spirit by wearing green and gold to school on Friday.
The school week ended with a pep rally at the high school on Friday, October 21. It was amazing fun! The varsity football team played against Gloversville that night and the huge crowd of green and gold-clad fans cheered them on to a 48-0 victory. All of our fall athletes were recognized during halftime and the parade of hundreds of athletes stretched from one endline to the other across the stadium. The High School is hosting a homecoming dance on Saturday, October 22, from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. in the High School Main Gym. The dance is open to all students in grades 9 through 12. Please click here to learn more.
