Please note that the information below is an annual requirement. The District-wide Safety Plan is a general plan filed each year by the district that outlines the district’s response to emergencies.
The Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk Central School District has released the draft of the District-Wide Safety Plan for the 2022-2023 school year. Pursuant to NYSED Commissioner’s Regulation 155.17 (e) (3), the Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk Central School District is making the district-wide safety plan available for public comment prior to its adoption. It has been placed on our website for your convenience.

Our 30-day community feedback window for the Emergency Response Plan will be from July 15 to August 15, 2022. Please submit questions or comments on this google form here, or they may be addressed to the Board of Education on Wednesday, August 3 at 6:30 p.m. as part of the public hearing at the Board of Education Meeting.
The completed plan will be adopted by the RCS Board of Education on August 24, 2022.
