Students at the RCS Middle School got into some creative and messy fun surrounding Pi Day!
What is Pi Day? Every March 14, mathematicians, scientists, and math lovers around the world celebrate Pi Day, a commemoration of the mathematical sign π (Pi =3.14).
As a result of the celebration, RCS Middle School Math Teacher Mrs. Latter displayed her RCS teamwork and received some pies thrown on her by students.
A great sport and a fun way to keep students engaged in mathematics!
