The Ravena Coeymans Selkirk Central School District is partnering with Albany County to host a Free Paint Recycling Day at RCS High School on Saturday, April 19, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Registration for drop off is encouraged for this event, please register here for a time slot to ensure a smooth-running event. We'll accept all types of paint, from latex to oil-based, so bring them all!
For this event, we ask that attendees stay in their cars. Event staff will direct you to drop-off lanes, where we will unload everything for you. This ensures a safe and efficient process. Find more information about this event on the flyer below.
Volunteers Needed: We need help managing the paint recycling event. Volunteers will help unload the paint from the vehicles. Must be 17 and older to participate. Volunteer hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 19, 2025. Volunteers will earn $20 per hour for 5 hours. Light breakfast and lunch will be provided. Attire Required: Closed-toed shoes and long sleeves. Volunteers will be provided with a safety vest and gloves.
