As a part of the 2023 Capital Improvement Project approved by voters, it was proposed to install dugouts and outfield fencing at the varsity baseball field located at Pieter B. Coeymans Elementary School and the varsity softball field on the High School Campus. After the Board of Education approved the bids in the fall of 2023, materials were ordered, and the work was scheduled to begin.
Construction of the fields and installation of the fence and dugouts has begun at both locations, and the project is expected to be completed by the end of this month, weather permitting.
