Continuing Education

The Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk Central School District believes education doesn’t end with graduation from either school or college. Rather, life should be filled with learning opportunities. RCS offers Continuing Education courses for the community in the fall and spring of each year. Courses are open to all persons in the Capital District region; non-residents must add $10 per course. When necessary, priority is given to residents of the RCS Central School District. Classes are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. The number of participants in each class is limited.

There will be an in-person registration on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, from 5 to 6:30 p.m. in the Aquatics Center Lobby in the rear of the RCS High School, near the stadium (click here for a map).

Registration is now full Pauline's Aqua Animals Challenge on Mondays.
Due to low registration Zumba Fitness on Tuesday evenings is canceled.

  • View & print the offerings brochure off of our website.

  • Attend the in-person registration on Tuesday, September 10, from 5 to 6:30 p.m.  

  • Pick up a printed copy from the following locations around our community:

    • The Main Office of all RCS Schools

    • The RCS District Office

    • The RCS Community Library

    • The RCS Senior Center 

    • The Village of Ravena Town Hall

    • The Town of Coeymans Town Hall

To Register For A Course:

In-Person: Registration for Fall 2024 will be held on Tuesday, September 10, from 5 to 6:30 p.m. in the Aquatics Center Lobby, located in the rear of the RCS High School.

By Mail: Send a registration form for each course (found on the back of the offerings brochure), with a separate check for each course payable to RCS Central Schools. Mail to RCS Continuing Education, P.O. Box 100, Ravena, NY 12143.

Please note: that all participants must register by Thursday, September 12, 2024. Please No Cash Payments.
