Parents of RCS High School and Middle School students can sign up to view their child's attendance record, grading information, schedules, and much more.
Parents of elementary students can sign up to view their child's bus route information, including updates to bus stops. At this time, elementary parents can only view bus schedule information.
This will be a new opportunity for both our parents and staff. As such, we ask for your patience as we learn the best procedures in which to post and update information. You may see some information updated on a daily basis, and other information may be posted only every few weeks. Although the initial implementation will likely need some fine tuning, this resource has vast potential to improve our shared monitoring of student progress.
You can print out the online form ahead of time,
fill it out, and bring it to your child's school (HS and MS parents only) or
you can go to the main office at your child's school to fill out the Parent
Please note: You will need to provide photo ID when you drop off the form.

As soon as your form is processed (up to 5 business days), you will receive an automated notification letting you know your account has been created and a password has been generated. Please refer to the Tutorial Guide (PDF) provided prior to accessing your child's account information.
If, after 5 days, you do NOT receive your password via email, please email ParentPortal@rcscsd.org and include your name, child’s name, and the email address provided when you initially signed up. This will allow us a more efficient way to provide support for our users.
