We are pleased provide our vendors with bids on-line
using the Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk Central School District's website.
Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk Central School District's requests for bids are under "Bid Opportunities" under "Resources" on the left on the main page.
The on-line access to bid documents allows municipalities request for proposals, access construction notices, addenda and awards all on the RCS website. Legal notifications will continue to be published in our designated newspaper, the Ravena News-Herald, as required by law.
The establishment of a centralized vendor registration system, notification and availability to bid documents, will provide vendors with a single point of contact and broader access to new business opportunities throughout our region. We are optimistic that participation in this system will save both Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk Central Schools and vendors time and money by streamlining the entire bidding process.
